The service have a 3 day cancellation policy, and by the time you figure out there is an issue that window has passed. The government asks for 60$ on their main site and this service asked for 190$ in addition to the 220$. First the photo and now I'm missing a government check. Rush My Passport and FedEx Office have partnered together to provide. Paid 220 for a renewal and expedite and all I've received is issue after issue. No callbacks, no real help, and a too bad so sad attitude
